Karachi, July 15, 2016 (PPI-OT):Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousuf has said that we support demand of the FPCCI for one-year multiple Saudi visa for the businessmen while Hajj quota for the business community would be seriously considered. He said that arrangements for Hajj have been improved while the opinion of stakeholders is very important for further improvement.
The minister said this while talking to a delegation led by President FPCCI Abdul Rauf Alam. Vice Presidents of FPCCI Zafar Bakhtawari and Sajida Zulfiquar, group leader and former president ICCI Khalid Jawed, Karim Aziz Malik, Malik Sohail and others were also present on the occasion. Sardar Yousuf said that we are trying to increase Hajj quota so that maximum number of people can avail the facility while twenty-five nominees of the Apex chamber would be sent to Hajj on the last flight.
Earlier, President FPCCI Abdul Rauf Alam multiple visa for at least 400 traders will reduce cost of doing business and increase bilateral trade between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He said that Hajj arrangements have been improved significantly which indicates positive efforts by the concerned minister. The president FPCCI demanded special Hajj quota for the business community.
