Sindh Police has started a special training program to train police personnel about precautionary measures needed to be adopted during encounters at public places.
First phase of the training session was held in Karachi on Sunday in which five hundred fifty personnel of Karachi Police were trained about use of SMGs, pistols and other light weapons during encounter at public places.
The training has specially been started in view of two recent cases in which two girls were hit and killed by stray bullets.
Police sources said such training sessions will also be held in other cities of the province to train and prepare the personnel deal with any emergency and keep the damage at minimum.
